Dear friends of Classic British Welcome,
Faced with the current situation, the organisation of Classic British Welcome has decided to cancel our 2021 edition.
Several reasons have forced us to make this decision.
As the Le Mans 24 hour race is planned to take place in August, the organisation of our event in this holiday period will be difficult:
lack of spectators, difficulty in gathering exceptional cars, and lack of volunteers.
We will not be able to comply with the Covid measures that local authorities have to impose.
It is also not certain whether the 24 hours race itself will be open to spectators or not.
In addition, some race events are scheduled on the track on Friday, which will further reduce the number of our potential visitors.
It was with regret that we have made this decision, but also with the feeling that we had better cancel than present you with a ‘stripped down’ version of our Classic British Welcome.
This is why we look forward to seeing you next year for our twentieth edition which will undoubtedly be unforgettable!
